The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations and may participate in other companies and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
