The company aims to develop, manufacture, license, distribute and exploit media and technology products of all kinds, in particular using artificial intelligence; the development of software and digital solutions; the establishment and operation of digital platforms; the creation, acquisition, management, licensing and exploitation of rights, in particular trademark, media and personality rights. The company may participate in other enterprises and acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intangible assets (in Switzerland excluding transactions falling under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad), establish and operate subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and, in addition, carry out all legal acts that the purpose of the company may entail or that are suitable for promoting its development or that of group companies.
