The operation of an architectural office, the execution of all mandates related thereto, such as the realization of projects, execution plans and real estate expert opinions, as well as the purchase, sale, operation and management of properties in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all operations that would be in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
