The Company's purpose is to acquire, hold and manage participations in a sustainable manner in all Swiss or foreign companies within the meaning of a holding company. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively used for commercial purposes. The Company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, establish or acquire any company pursuing a similar or complementary purpose. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions with exclusively commercial use, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The Company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders and/or subsidiaries.
