The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, management, sale, in Switzerland and abroad, of all participations in the sense of a holding company, as well as all activities in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale, investment, promotion, exploitation and rental of all real estate within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, in addition, carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this serves the interests.
