Kapellenstiftung Ermensee

It is the owner of the Ermensee chapel (also known as Kirchlein/Chöuchli) and makes it available to the St. Pankratius Hitzkirch parish for Roman Catholic worship; it maintains all cult and art objects belonging to the chapel; it is responsible for the structural maintenance of the wayside crosses and picture shrines located in the municipality of Ermensee; it can acquire and sell real estate and encumber it with easements and mortgages; it manages the assets of the Jakobus and Sebastians brotherhoods as well as the Wendelins foundation and keeps separate accounts for each; it pays the salary of the sacristan.
