The association is a network of leading lawyers and law firms with expertise in their respective jurisdictions. To support the network and its members, the association aims to: a) coordinate the professional interests of members and permanent observers, as well as plan common strategies and business objectives; b) bring together and formulate the common professional interests of members and permanent observers; c) promote cooperation among members and permanent observers in all aspects of their professional activities, such as the exchange of experiences, expertise, personnel, and other resources, in accordance with applicable professional rules; d) develop common concepts to improve the services offered by members and permanent observers; e) examine and accompany areas and projects of common interest to members and permanent observers; f) review and monitor the development of technical and professional tools; g) establish professional diligence rules and standards recommended to members and permanent observers, as well as standards for maintaining relationships among them; h) promote the common values, activities, and vision of members and permanent observers; i) establish common principles of social responsibility among members and permanent observers; j) assume other tasks listed in these statutes and other complementary documents; and k) carry out other activities necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. The association may perform all activities and take all necessary and appropriate actions to achieve the aforementioned purpose.
