The purpose of the foundation is to provide non-profit services from its income from the foundation's assets, after deducting ongoing costs and provisions, to tax-exempt non-profit children's and orphanages as well as children's hospitals domiciled in Switzerland. The foundation board determines, to the best of its knowledge and conscience: the amount of the annual foundation benefits; the respective beneficiary institutions; the purpose of the allocated funds (contributions). The foundation board has the right and duty to secure the necessary provisions for the good and solid maintenance of the foundation's assets (properties). Existing mortgages on foundation properties can be amortized by free resolutions of the foundation board. The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
