The founder intends to provide financial assistance in emergency situations to people (children) in the canton of Zurich, the founder's and the foundation board's place of residence, where it is urgently needed, after consultation with the foundation board. The foundation can in particular: provide unbureaucratic financial support to people, families and their children in emergency situations, conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the foundation's non-profit purpose, directly or indirectly related to it, participate in projects with similar objectives in Switzerland with institutions other than those recognized as tax-exempt, and extend its activities to other areas as long as they are in line with the aforementioned purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
