Katholische Kirchenstiftung Glattfelden

The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise worship and pastoral care in the area of the Zurich municipalities of Glattfelden, Stadel, Weiach and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of these municipalities to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by: 1) taking over ownership and maintaining all properties that currently belong to the Catholic Stations Association Bülach in the municipality of Glattfelden (ZH). 2) Building additional church buildings as needed. 3) Procuring funds (CIC Can. 1496) and managing them for the exercise of worship and for the needs of the Roman Catholic religion and pastoral care in the parish of Glattfelden (ZH). If the competent ecclesiastical authorities establish an independent parish instead of the previous parish, the purpose of the foundation refers to the corresponding area of responsibility of this parish.
