The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise worship and pastoral care in the area of the Zurich municipality of Feuerthalen, as well as any other municipalities that may be assigned by the ecclesiastical authorities (hereinafter referred to as the Feuerthalen pastoral area), and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this pastoral area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by: 1. Acquiring properties; building a place of worship and possibly related utility buildings; 2. Procuring funds (CIC Can. 1496) and managing them for the exercise of worship and for the needs of the Roman Catholic religion and pastoral care in the Feuerthalen pastoral area. If a parish vicariate or an independent parish is established by the competent ecclesiastical authorities in the Feuerthalen pastoral area, the purpose of the foundation refers to the corresponding area of responsibility of this ecclesiastically defined parish vicariate or parish. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
