The development, production and marketing of innovative high-tech products, and more specifically: purchasing, selling wholesale and retail, importing, exporting medical-surgical equipment and devices of all kinds; designing, developing, obtaining and managing all certification operations to obtain and maintain the CE marking of medical-surgical devices of all kinds; carrying out, as a sponsor, all operations for the registration of drugs that fall under the regulations of any national and supranational legislation, until their authorization for marketing; providing services that cover the entire spectrum of activities related to the good manufacturing practices of the pharmaceutical industries (GMP) from design to preparation and execution of validation programs, personnel training, documentation review, setup of processes and analytical methods; marketing drugs for so-called advanced therapies (ATMPS); distributing human tissues from both Swiss and foreign public banks, as well as participating in forms of management of the same as provided for by the regulations of any national and supranational legislation; researching and developing industrial technologies related to human and animal tissue engineering in related and analogous sectors as well as in the sector of cryopreservation of human and animal tissues; purchasing and selling patents, formulas, technologies and intangible assets in general, taking and granting licenses; participating in companies with a related or analogous or instrumental object to its own, with particular reference to public/private mixed companies; stipulating contracts and/or conventions, participating in tender procedures with public and/or private entities; coordinating and carrying out the organization and management of study, research, design, training, administration and/or reporting activities; participating in consortia, consortium companies, groupings of companies, entities and economic organizations in general with equal, analogous, similar and assimilable purposes to its own for consolidating and developing consortium purposes; participating in tenders aimed at basic research and development of medical-surgical devices, ATMPS, tissues and cells of both human and animal nature; collecting, for the purpose of achieving social purposes, contributions of money or loans from members, bearing interest or not, even not proportional to the shares held by each member in the company, in compliance with the regulations in force. The company may carry out all commercial, real estate and financial operations that will be deemed useful by the administrative body for the achievement of the company's purpose.
