The promotion, construction, renovation, maintenance of buildings as well as the import, export, direct and indirect sale of materials, equipment, clothing, supplies and all movable objects, as well as the support of personalities and associations, and all financial, commercial, civil, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to facilitate its realization or expansion. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and alienate real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
