The company's purpose is to develop and exploit the "KERA" universe and its real and virtual community, in particular through events, sponsoring, production and sale of beverages, sale of goodies and all objects related to the promotion of the "KERA" universe, creation and management of restaurants and entertainment establishments. It may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or found companies pursuing similar or analogous purposes, carry out all financial, industrial, commercial or real estate operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. It may grant guarantees (in particular in the form of surety, pledges or other) and grant loans or advances to shareholders, subsidiaries or third parties.
