The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, in particular property management, brokerage, purchase, sale, development, administration and construction of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors. It may grant loans to its associates or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure any claim.
