The company may: - in general, carry out all activities and operations, commercial and financial, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it, as well as take participations in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; - establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad; - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
