To support the descendants of Madame Marie-Madeleine Kilchenmann, designated as beneficiaries, in specific circumstances of their lives according to Art. 335 of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation may in particular support studies, research work, professional or military training, specific projects or internships of the beneficiaries. The foundation may provide initial assistance to beneficiaries wishing to start and establish themselves professionally. In the event of a beneficiary's marriage, the foundation may grant them a dowry. Furthermore, the foundation may provide benefits to alleviate health problems in the event of illness, accident, old age, etc., and assume the costs of treatment and other related expenses. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may acquire, hold and sell participations of all kinds.
