The association is politically and denominationally neutral and does not pursue any specific ideological orientation. The association can operate its own facilities for family-complementary childcare, such as after-school care centers and daycare centers, and support such facilities in an appropriate manner. The association is exclusively non-profit. Facilities operated by the association do not work for profit. The association can acquire properties to achieve the purpose of the association.
