The purpose of the company is to act as a master franchisee for various brands in the food sector, to import food products into Switzerland and export them from Switzerland, and to act as an intermediary for food products that are sold both to businesses (B2B) and directly to consumers (B2C). The company may hold shares in other companies and acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of commercial real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all acts that are related to its business purpose or are suitable for promoting its development or the development of group companies. The company may directly or indirectly grant financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct or indirect shareholders, and companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved, either in the form of loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may provide securities of any kind for their obligations, including by pledging or trust assignments of the company's assets or by guarantees of any kind, whether for remuneration or not.
