The activity of consulting and data processing, understood in the broadest sense of the term, with express exclusion of activities reserved by law for members of professional associations or registers; the activity of promoting and developing tourism, with the enhancement of places, customs and folklore of civilizations; the activity in the tourism, construction and real estate sector, in particular, it may: acquire, sell, rent and manage in any capacity any type of real estate, including residential, commercial and industrial buildings, tourist and hotel complexes, transportation systems and shopping centers; execute directly or indirectly construction works of any kind for its own account or for third parties. The activity of creating, promoting, exploiting and optimizing patents and trademarks, whether commercial or not, also through the acquisition, sale or concession of intangible assets. The company may grant its trademarks or patents to others, either through licensing agreements or through other common practices; the production and trade of gadgets and accessories; the assumption of participations for the purpose of stable investment for the management and enjoyment of other Swiss or foreign companies, not for the public but for its own account. With controlled, controlling or affiliated companies, it may enter into service contracts; the administration of companies, understood as the ability to hold the position of sole administrator or member of the board of directors, if necessary with delegations.
