The company's purpose is: the operation of kiosks; the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing in general of all products and items related to the operation of kiosks, including food and consumer goods, tobacco, beverages, newspapers, books, stationery and postcards, lottery tickets, photo frames and souvenirs; the purchase, sale, import, export, processing and marketing in general of all accessories, manufactured or not, related to personal consumption in general; all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of a financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
