The company's purpose is to operate a kiosk, including in particular the trade, purchase and sale of all goods and products, especially tobacco, newspapers, various publications, lottery tickets from the Loterie Romande and all other institutions (to the extent permitted by law), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food products. On an ancillary basis, the company may carry out all mobile, real estate, commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the purposes set out in Article 1 of this article, as well as take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may create subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland or abroad. Furthermore, it may grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
