Directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad: Advising companies and individuals in management and administration in all its forms; the participation of the Company in all means in all existing or future companies that can be related to the corporate purpose, notably through the creation of new companies, contributions, mergers, alliances or partnerships, specifying that the company may hold a stake in a real estate company in Switzerland if (i) the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if (ii) the real estate company has the purpose of acquiring properties for exclusively commercial use; and generally all financial, commercial, industrial, securities and real estate transactions that can be directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose or to any similar or related purposes, likely to promote its development or expansion.
