The purchase, sale, brokerage, promotion, and management of real estate and personal property in Switzerland, with the exception of transactions prohibited in Switzerland by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as abroad. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with identical or analogous purposes, carry out all operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial, or industrial operations related to the achievement of its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
