Klara Rossmann Stiftung

The purpose of the foundation is to establish and permanently operate a home for homeless animals, in particular dogs and cats, at the property located at Kirchrainstrasse 17 in Niederglatt. This property is also to be made available to animal-loving and less affluent individuals or families. This is linked to the obligation to operate the home for homeless animals. Furthermore, the users of the property are required to take care of the ordinary maintenance, in the sense of Article 765 of the Swiss Civil Code, of the property at Kirchrainstrasse 17 in Niederglatt instead of paying rent, and to pay for water, electricity, and waste disposal charges themselves.
