In joint self-help in accordance with Art. 828 OR, the construction and operation of facilities for the alternative generation of energy, in particular electricity that can be fed into the public power grid; can acquire, sell and take over existing energy generation facilities in building and usage rights, build new facilities or renew existing ones, manage cooperative property and conclude electricity consumer and maintenance contracts.
