The company aims to operate an agricultural business. This includes providing all the work and activities of an agricultural business, including cultivation, processing, marketing and trading of agricultural products from plant and animal production. For this purpose, it can acquire, encumber, manage and dispose of both non-agricultural and agricultural properties and businesses that fall within the scope of the Federal Act on Agricultural Land Law. The agricultural business (real estate) forms the main asset. Both a transfer of shares and an adjustment of the statutes in points relevant to the BGBB require the approval of the Department of Agriculture Aargau. At least 90% of the shares must be owned by self-managing farmers. The company can participate in similar or related companies at home and abroad, found, take over, finance or manage them, as well as establish branches. It can acquire, sell and exploit licenses and patents as well as provide consultations of all kinds. The company can enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that serve to promote the company's purpose and are directly or indirectly related thereto.
