This includes in particular: participation in national and international projects for the promotion, exploration or processing of raw materials; holding royalty, streaming and offtake rights to raw material projects; advising and structuring royalty and participation models in the raw materials sector; managing income from license fees (royalties) and other recurring income rights; financing, co-investing or otherwise supporting projects in the areas of raw materials, energy and infrastructure. The company may establish branches abroad and in Switzerland, participate in other companies, as well as acquire, manage and sell properties and intellectual property rights.
