The foundation aims to promote the preservation and revitalization of memorable and worthy properties in Switzerland in accordance with their original purpose by researching and clarifying the history of these buildings and by advising and supporting the building owners. To achieve this goal, the foundation promotes the processing of a property's history, identifies and explains the sources, and supports the development of visions for such historic buildings. Furthermore, the foundation preserves the legacy of Oskar Kollbrunner, who was inspired by his life path, his profound poetry, and his enduring love for his own historic building. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The founder reserves the right, based on Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code and in compliance with the legal requirements, to explicitly change the purpose of the foundation.
