The Foundation's objective is to support the mission of the Caux Initiatives and Change Foundation, a Swiss public utility foundation, namely: - to work for a just and democratic society by strengthening its moral and spiritual foundations; - to heal the wounds of history; - to encourage a sense of responsibility at the individual and family levels; - to promote ethical commitment in professional life and within the company; - to create networks of men and women from different cultures and religious traditions. More specifically, the Foundation will support young individuals (aged 18 to 35) with limited financial means, particularly from the countries of the Global South (Africa and Latin America), who wish to participate in the activities of the Caux Initiatives and Change Foundation and who cannot afford the costs of stay, travel, and accommodation. The Foundation may also assist the Caux Initiatives and Change Foundation, directly or indirectly, notably by supporting seminars, workshops, or conferences. The Foundation may support the Caux Initiatives and Change Foundation in Switzerland as well as affiliated entities abroad.
