The cooperative may acquire and sell real estate, establish branch offices, found subsidiaries, establish foundations, participate in other companies, or conclude cooperation agreements with them. Furthermore, the cooperative may conduct all business that is suitable to promote the development of the cooperative and achieve its purpose.
