The cooperative primarily aims to promote the economic conditions of its members in cooperation with fenaco, a cooperative registered in Bern under CHE-106.106.123. Within its economic area, the cooperative aims to supply its members and other circles with a wide range of production means, consumer goods, technologies, and services, including renewable and fossil energies; the procurement, storage, and marketing of agricultural products. The cooperative may acquire and sell real estate, establish branch offices, found subsidiaries, establish foundations, participate in other companies, or conclude cooperation agreements with them. Furthermore, the cooperative may conduct any business that is suitable to promote the development of the cooperative and achieve its purpose.
