The cooperative aims to support and promote its members, employees and other individuals, primarily women with migration experience, in a politically and denominationally neutral manner through joint self-help, in their integration into the Swiss labor market and their economic advancement. This is particularly achieved by the cooperative ensuring that its members can be gainfully employed in the labor market under fair and legally correct conditions. Within the framework of its purpose, the cooperative provides entrepreneurial services, including but not limited to administration, back-office services, guidance and support for self-organization, marketing, training and further education, acquisition of orders and, if necessary, conclusion of employment contracts with members that serve the integration into the labor market. The cooperative can carry out all economic, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the cooperative or are suitable for promoting or facilitating it. The cooperative can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented.
