It may, in Switzerland or abroad, engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, create branches or subsidiaries, participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties to the extent that this promotes its interests, and, in general, carry out any transactions and conclude any contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
