The company's purpose is: research, development, design, manufacturing, assembly, and marketing of horological, micromachining, jewelry, silversmithing, and all kinds of accessories, as well as any technical or precision object or component; the creation, production, and manufacturing in Switzerland and abroad of watches, jewelry, silversmithing pieces, and high jewelry; the supply, purchase, sale, and distribution of precious metals, diamonds, pearls, gemstones (including precious, fine, ornamental, and synthetic stones), as well as any other component or raw material required for the company's activities; the management and exploitation of equity interests, licenses, patents, trademarks, and any other intangible rights; the provision of services, notably in design, business strategy, and industrial consulting; the acquisition of equity interests in any commercial or industrial enterprises, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
