The company's purpose is to acquire interests in real estate or non-real estate companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment. On a secondary basis, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: acquire interests in any commercial or industrial company; acquire, renovate, transform, and sell real estate or real estate rights in its own name, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding any operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); and conduct these operations on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties.
