The Company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of all real estate, excluding any transactions subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. In general, the Company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect connection with its corporate purpose (with regard to properties located in Switzerland, these must exclusively serve as a permanent establishment for trading, operating a factory or exercising any other industry in commercial form, as well as for exercising a craft or liberal profession). It may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of pledges or fiduciary transfers on the company's assets or as a guarantee, with or without financial compensation.
