The foundation serves the purpose of promoting culture in St. Moritz and the entire Upper Engadine. The promotion primarily includes all forms of classical music, but also other cultural sectors such as literature, visual arts, and others. The foundation is responsible for providing the necessary financial, material, and personal resources for this purpose. This is done in particular through the compensation to be agreed upon for the takeover of the cultural operations of Laudinella AG (basic compensation for cultural operations, commissions on mediated bookings, internal settlements), through subsidies, sponsoring, etc. The foundation can perform all activities that are related to achieving the foundation's purpose. The foundation is not profit-oriented. Any surpluses accrue to the foundation's assets and are to be used within the framework of the foundation's purpose.
