The company's purpose is to provide consulting, assistance, and training services in the fields of corporate strategy, finance, organization, management, and auditing, as well as to support companies in their transformation and restructuring processes. The company may, through its employees, hold governance mandates (including board of directors, foundation boards and pension funds, strategic, audit, and remuneration committees). The company may, with the exception of activities prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE):
- Engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad;
- Participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
- Grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if it serves its interests.
