The company's purpose is to trade in and distribute lighting fixtures, lighting products and accessories, as well as to provide consulting services in this context. The company may participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and sell real estate (with the exception of real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG)) and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary or suitable to promote the company's purpose or the development of group companies.
