The purpose of the company is the trade (purchase and sale) of emission certificates, the financing of environmental projects, the execution of distribution and marketing activities, as well as the development and offering of technologies related to the aforementioned activities. The company may engage in all activities that are connected with and beneficial to the provision of these services. This may include entering into joint venture partnerships or revenue-sharing agreements to support the sale of the company's products. It may establish branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, and conduct all legal transactions related to its business purpose. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these shareholders, particularly within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security for the obligations of these parties, also by pledging or transferring assets of the company in trust, or by guarantees of any kind, regardless of whether they are remunerated or not.
