The Company's purpose is the management of all waste and aggregates, in particular sorting, storage, packaging, and transfer on the site of Alliez (located in the municipalities of Aubonne and Féchy), and to carry out all related activities. It may acquire, maintain, pledge and alienate real estate (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts that may promote the Company's objective or have a connection with it. It may acquire and participate in other companies whose purpose is identical or similar to that of the Company (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The Company may also: - establish branches and subsidiaries; - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; - carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
