The company's purpose is all activities related to the operation of ready-to-wear, accessories, second-hand, decorative and interior design shops. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
