The association aims to promote the professional and social integration of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals from Geneva and the surrounding region, notably through:
- Managing activities (meetings, leisure, workshops, cultural events, etc.) that offer employment and learning opportunities for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
- Organizing activities that promote interaction between deaf and hearing individuals.
- Promoting sign language, deaf culture, and raising public awareness.
- Funding and supporting educational, social, and cultural projects related to the deaf community.
- Offering home pick-up services for elderly or mobility-impaired deaf individuals to prevent isolation.
The association carries out its activities on a non-profit basis and does not seek any financial gain. Any potential profits are exclusively reinvested to achieve these objectives, with no possibility of return to donors/members.
