The company's purpose is: the operation of driving schools, as well as all activities related to the theoretical and practical learning of driving; all service activities and all commercial activities in the fields of training and improvement, including the provision of driving and vehicle handling courses; the provision of first aid courses, awareness courses, OACP (Ordinance regulating the admission of drivers) courses, and basic motorcycle courses; the development and marketing of management software for driving schools and for customers; the provision of motor vehicles, simulators and driving school equipment; the development, acquisition and sale of any material related to learning to drive as well as all related products. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and be interested, in any form, in any similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
