The company's purpose includes all real estate transactions, notably all activities related to the purchase, sale, holding, promotion, marketing, construction as a general or total contractor, and the development of built or unbuilt properties, excluding operations prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). In general, the company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with identical or analogous purposes, grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, all financial, commercial, securities, real estate and other operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
