The company may: participate in all enterprises and carry out all movable, immovable, financial, industrial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if this promotes its interests; open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
