The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: the operation of automatic laundries, the purchase, sale, installation, operation and leasing of all vending machines, washing or drying machines for all industrial or private laundries. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
