to coordinate the efforts of the members through joint action with the aim of: a) improving the housing conditions in their favor, b) providing them with healthy, economic, practical and advantageous rental housing, c) acquiring, renting or obtaining by any other means the right to dispose of land to build houses with economic housing, d) purchasing already constructed buildings with the aim of converting them into economic housing.
