The company's purpose is to operate a concierge business, exterior maintenance and cleaning of all kinds, as well as all real estate transactions not prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate in all similar businesses, in particular by acquiring interests in similar businesses. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
